Short Construction and Low Cost
Steel silo construction is processed on site, the installation to warehouse roof is processed on the floor. The forming, bending wire speed can up to 5m/min, there is no need for scaffolding and other ancillary facilities, which makes the short time construction. Warehouse is made by thin steel plate, the weight of it is equivalent to the weight of reinforcing steel bar to the same capacity of reinforced concrete warehouse, which lower its cost.
In addition, because it uses double bending method, by bending two different materials, the bending and molding reduces the cost significantly for the chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries strong corrosive materials storage.
