High-Efficiency Cleaning System with ≥99% Impurity Removal

• Aiming at the actual situation that the impurity content of local corn raw materials in Azerbaijan fluctuates between 3% and 8%, this corn processing equipment adopts a three-stage cleaning structure: vibrating screen classification + specific gravity separation + air separation and dust removal. This corn crushing machine can efficiently handle various mixed impurities in raw corn.

• During system operation, impurities with particle sizes ranging from 0.5mm to 20mm can be classified and removed. The removal rate of heavy impurities (stones, metal particles) is ≥99%, and the removal rate of light impurities (dust, broken straws) is ≥98%.

• Under standard continuous operating conditions, the overall cleaning efficiency of the whole machine is stably maintained at 99%±0.5%, which is obviously higher than the average level of 85%–92% of conventional corn production equipment in the industry. Meanwhile, this system controls the proportion of non-corn impurities entering the subsequent equipment to ≤0.3%, which greatly reduces the mechanical wear of the follow-up corn peeling equipment and corn flour machine. The average wear rate drops by 20%–30%, and the replacement cycle of core vulnerable parts can be extended to 800–1200 operating hours.

Controlled Dehulling Technology for Improved Product Quality

• This corn peeling equipment dynamically matches parameters according to the local corn moisture content (11%–16%) and hardness differences, and realizes flexible peeling through frequency conversion speed regulation and friction pressure adjustment. It works perfectly with the matched corn mill machine to guarantee continuous production.

• Core technological parameters: Rotation speed control range: 800–1200 rpm, peeling uniformity: ≥95%, single peeling damage rate: ≤5%. Compared with traditional single-stage peeling equipment (the damage rate is usually 8%–12%), this system optimizes damage control by 30%–45%.

• In terms of finished products, the standard deviation of corn grit particle size is controlled within ±0.2–0.4mm, which greatly improves particle consistency and makes the products fully comply with the procurement requirements of food processing enterprises for "standard raw materials". We adopt professional corn grit machine to precisely control the particle size of finished corn grit.

Double Polishing System for Higher Product Value

• The dual polishing module adopts the structure of "primary germ removal + fine polishing" to carry out secondary stripping treatment on residual corn germs and fine bran. According to actual technological tests: Fine bran removal rate: ≥92%, surface cleanliness increased by about 20%–35%, residual rate of black spots and impurities: ≤1%.

• After being processed by this corn processing technology, the finished products show excellent performance in key indicators such as color, impurity control and particle size uniformity, and the proportion of Grade A products increases by about 15%–25%.

• In terms of market performance, such high-cleanliness corn grit and maize flour products can usually achieve a 30%–50% increase in market selling price, and the probability of entering high-end sales channels is about 2–3 times higher than ordinary products. Multi-Grade Production System with 95% Raw Material Utilization

• This complete set of corn processing equipment adopts the technological structure of "three-stage grit making + multi-stage circulating crushing", so that a single corn raw material can produce multiple grades of products at the same time. The whole production process relies on professional corn processing machine to realize multi-grade output.

• Specific technological capabilities: Corn grit particle size range: 0.3–3.0 mm (3–5 adjustable grades), maize flour fineness range: 60–120 mesh, parallel output capacity of multiple products: 3–6 specifications. Fully Enclosed Dust Removal System for Clean Production

• The dust removal system adopts a modular bag filter structure combined with a negative pressure centralized collection design to efficiently capture grain processing dust (main particle size ranges from 1–50μm).

• Key operating indicators: Dust collection efficiency: ≥99.5%, emission concentration: ≤10 mg/m³ (complying with international grain processing environmental protection standards), system air leakage rate: ≤1%.

• Under continuous operation, the workshop dust concentration is stably controlled at 2–8 mg/m³, which is far better than traditional open-type corn production equipment (usually >20 mg/m³). Meanwhile, about 3%–8% of materials can be recovered from the collected dust, which can be re-fed into the flour milling system in some production modes to create additional economic benefits.
