Aiming at the actual situation that the impurity content of local corn raw materials in Azerbaijan fluctuates between 3% and 8%, this corn processing equipment adopts a three-stage cleaning structure: vibrating screen classification + specific gravity separation + air separation and dust removal. This corn crushing machine can efficiently handle various mixed impurities in raw corn.

During system operation, impurities with particle sizes ranging from 0.5mm to 20mm can be classified and removed. The removal rate of heavy impurities (stones, metal particles) is ≥99%, and the removal rate of light impurities (dust, broken straws) is ≥98%.

Under standard continuous operating conditions, the overall cleaning efficiency of the whole machine is stably maintained at 99%±0.5%, which is obviously higher than the average level of 85%–92% of conventional corn production equipment in the industry. Meanwhile, about 3%–8% of materials can be recovered from the collected dust, which can be re-fed into the flour milling system in some production modes to create additional economic benefits.
